Pastor Frank | 3/28/08  

The atmosphere was heavy after worship.  Wow, you could feel the Holy Spirit in the air, as pastor felt His presence and began to minister to those that were sick.  He told the people that God wants them to be healed, and since we serve a creative God He will do a creative miracle tonight!  God spoke to Pastor Frank to call out people with hernias, who have problems with their eye sight, cists, and back problems.  Immediately after praying over the people, there were too many testimonies from people that were healed to hear them all.  One after another, they came up to testify of the power of God.  A 12 year-old girl was healed from eye problems, another girl who couldn’t see since she was 10 could see clearly, another guy who had just bought a pair of glasses that same day didn’t need them anymore because the Lord healed his eyes.  An amazing testimony of a girl who left Pastor Frank a message on myspace who was going into surgery the next day for a herniated disk felt no pain and God healed her.  Even friends, who came in a group, were completely healed at the same time in GROUPS! 

Father of Lights.   

¹⁷ Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. – James 1:17 (New King James Version) 

“Every gift is given from God”, Pastor Frank was preaching in a soft, intimate voice to the people.  Who gave you this gift?  You need to get to know who gave it to you. 

Pastor used the example of one of his watches that his wife Melina gave him.  Even though his wife didn’t have much money, she bought him a watch, and he loves watches.  Because he knew who gave it to him, it has great value to him unlike other watches no matter the cost. 

You can never truly use your gift to its ultimate potential until you understand who gave it to you.  Inside everyone is a gift given by God, and by using that gift during your hardships, it will help you get through them.   

Psalms 50:7-23 

These verses Pastor spoke on, spoke about how God doesn’t need any offering, or anything from us, as He owns every animal, every bird, everything on earth is His.  And that God sees what the wicked do, and if they don’t change their ways, they will torn to pieces by God Almighty. 

“God is bad!  Out of seven billion people in the world, He put a special gift inside of YOU!”  God doesn’t need to ask permission to do anything.  He doesn’t need nobody’s help.  He doesn’t need you to boost Him up when He’s down.  He doesn’t know what it is to be in a dilemma that He can’t get out of. 

Again, if you don’t understand who gave you your gift, you’ll never truly be able to use it to its full potential.  If you knew who gave you the gift, you wouldn’t use your hands for what you’re using them for, you wouldn’t use that mouth that you have to influence people, to influence them to do things they shouldn’t.   

5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. - 1 John 1:5 (New King James Version)

The more you and God become one, the more you will separate yourself from darkness.  When you’re not in darkness, you’re in light, common sense right?  Understand that nothing can hide from God, that no matter what sin you have in your life that you’re trying to “hide” or “not tell anyone about” will ALWAYS come to light.  It may take a day, weeks, months, even years, but I believe the longer it takes, the worse it gets, and the bigger the problem you’re going to have later on.  Give up whatever sin you have hiding in your closet, and don’t you dare let the devil hold you back from your destiny.  Let go of the darkness, and step into the light.

Colors are at the mercy of light.  Light allows colors to exist.  When light shines into a place, you can see the colors.  The bible speaks of God being light.  When He shows up, gifts begin to pop out.  As Pastor Frank used himself as the example, “who would’ve thought I would be doing what I’m doing.  Because the Father of Lights showed up, “shosh!” He changed my life.  Open yourself, so the light might shine.”   

There is a God given gift inside of YOU!!!
